Best in class partner for our sprout-stage company and beyond

Great Software with an easy learning curve and an amazing team for support

What do you like best? The engineers and sales team help out at each turn of the process. We are kept informed, and never in the dark. Very easy to talk to and incorporate any new ideas and thoughts. Assembled is useful not only for the bare bones of rapidly creating schedules and managing staffing and OOO for our support teams, but also for giving us visibility at points in time as to who should be doing what role. What do you like best? Assembled's platform is intuitive and easy to learn to use from an admin and user level. The whole Assembled team is super great to work with - very responsive, reasonably flexible, receptive to feedback, and quick to help. What do you dislike? Great software for workforce management

What do you like best? They've helped us grow our workforce without having to grow our workforce management team. Their customer support and attention to detail are second to none. A lot of the features they've built, enabled us to build certain bits inhouse and integrate them extremely smoothly with Assembled. What do you like best? Assembled makes running a diverse BPO and captive support network easier. We use the tool to distribute requirements to our partners and to consume and visualize their tally of supplied resources. We also use it as a full-stack scheduling tool for our captive locations.
