What do you like best? it is a great initiative by the Human Resources team to collect employee feedback and suggestions on specific intervals. it actually makes me feel amazing and even valued as the organisation is taking initiatives to hear us and accordingly take actions. i enjoyed talking to Amber and sharing my views.

Its like an ongoing survey, and people receive invites to chat, once they complete a tenure milestone in the company, and questions also vary, to keep it relevant for that tenure. So ...
