Excellent mail service, the best I have used

What do you like best? Nice interface, with lots of options and customization. Tech support is fast and amazing. Easily better than GMail or outlook. What do you dislike? Maybe, a few too many options. Sometimes it is hard to find the option you need. I am a confident and competent computer user, but those less technologically minded may struggle.
