A great product that improves consistently.

What do you like best? The application is very flexible. You can tailor most things to suit your needs. What do you dislike? Inconsistency in customization. I'm not sure why but some features are available for only certain items. For example, I can add the same CC contacts to pre-fill all my order confirmations, but these fields are inexplicably omitted in the Delivery Confirmation template. Why are they are different? What do you like best? The accounting functions which are connected are great, we have small problems with the local tax groups but for the main works is it very helpful.
