PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Zabbix allows me to easily monitor OS, routers, switches, and access points. It has customizable templates, is open source, and is easy to set up for different threshold limits. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Really useful tool.

What do you like best? You can show your management pretty enourmos graphs. What do you dislike? Not a modern, user friendly UI, it could be much better. Recommendations to others considering the product: Go for it. One of the best monitoring tools. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Continouosly monitoring, server related issues like high CPU / Heap Memory issues.
