Whereby is a great tool for workplaces during this COVID virtual time!

What do you like best? The ease of getting people into meetings, the simplicity of use/ controls is great! The flexibility and ease to add members to meetings (i.e. upgrading to up the total number of allowed attendees), is useful. We enjoy the whiteboard, screen sharing, and chat functions. It allows me to share my screen to cover reports or give an update on a project. Being able to just book mark a meeting room is great, unlike zoom where you need to click a meeting reminder or ...

Great tool for partially or full remote teams

What do you like best? It's very easy to use with several different teams, just jump in to the room for each one and join the discussion. What do you dislike? Some glitches with delays on some of the callers can happen occasionally. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Daily standups and improvised meetings with several people from different teams using specific rooms for each case.

Very easy to use

What do you like best? The interface is really easy to use, and not requiring a separate app is very convenient. The "named rooms" is a very clever idea, and the audio/video quality is very good What do you dislike? Nowadays some vendors provide rooms with more capacity for free (like Google) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping contact with friends and family

Does exactly what you need

What do you like best? I hold video conferences with many different clients across many different platforms, so when it came to determining which was the best fit for me, Whereby won on stability, consistency and quality. My clients find the one click log-in easy to use, I can lock the room and monitor who is requesting entry, the video and sound quality are great and far more stable than some of the other big players in the market. My clients find the one click sign in really ...

No more hassle with clients needing to install software

What do you like best? It is simple. Just open the channel link and be part of the conversation. No more downloading and installing software – easy to use. Before we tried numerous competitors and always had to wait for at least one person in the conversation to get the software, their video or their microphone to work. Now it just works with every client we have a meeting with. What do you dislike? Sorry, can't come up with anything I dislike – it’s just too good. ...

An essencial tool

I'm an English teacher, during this pandemic crisis Whereby has helped a lot to get connected to my students, its accessibility and facility method access my room made my students rely on them and the most important, keep studying .
