What do you like best about Velocify Dial-IQ? Very easy to configure complex call routing and call queue rules. Ability to handle high call volume What do you dislike about Velocify Dial-IQ? Scripting within product can be cumbersome. Support for customization is limited What problems is Velocify Dial-IQ solving and how is that benefiting you? High call volume. Call recognized and rule based customer routing. Better customer retention

"Easiest I've ever used! "

What do you like best about Velocify Dial-IQ? I really like the hands free way to contact customers and the note taking and customization is really great! What do you dislike about Velocify Dial-IQ? There isn't anything that I dislike about the Dial-IQ. It's really a great tool! What problems is Velocify Dial-IQ solving and how is that benefiting you? Speed-to-Lead, Call efficiency, being able to move from one call to the next, lead management, etc.

"3 Months and Still Learning"

What do you like best about Velocify Dial-IQ? Intuitive. It is so easy to find notes and add notes to your leads. What do you dislike about Velocify Dial-IQ? I have been using Velocify for just over four months. I have yet to have any problems, other than a short period where we lost the ability to dial for a couple of hours. What do you like best about Velocify Dial-IQ? Velocify gives you the ability to streamline distributions and contact strategy to most effectively communicate with prospects. It can be ties with SMS and Email Drip campaigns as well. What do you dislike about Velocify Dial-IQ? Velocify Blade could be bigger and provide a little more insight to the end user, you can enlarge the screen but if you have to edit the lead you have to leave the dialer and than come back in. "Decent program, but occasional latency issues"

What do you like best about Velocify Dial-IQ? This is the system that allows me to do my job. it has improved search functions that make it easy to locate files when someone dials in. And when receiving a call from a number that has a file associated with it already, the file is linked directly to the inbound call which is super handy. "Dial-IQ Does Okay"

What do you like best about Velocify Dial-IQ? Dial-IQ is AWESOME for calling through outbound lists of prospects. It's also easy to design callflows, including IVRs, in Dial-IQ. My agents like working with it. What do you dislike about Velocify Dial-IQ? What do you like best about Velocify Dial-IQ? I like how everything is included in this program. If I want to manage a client, it is very easy for all their information to be included under one page. It is convenient as well that they can be "assigned" to their own advisor/manager/whatever industry you're in. What do you dislike about Velocify Dial-IQ? What do you like best about Velocify Dial-IQ? I like that I was able to click to dial phone numbers. That saved me a lot of time of manually having to dial them myself. What do you dislike about Velocify Dial-IQ? We recently replaced Velocify with Salesloft. It seemed outdated and a little confusing to use at times.
