What do you like best about UserIQ? I’ve only been using User IQ for a short time and it’s helped me enormously. I can easily survey my account portfolio and quickly identify customers who need engagement. The data provided gives me insight into our customer usage patterns and overall health scores. "Life changer!"

What do you like best about UserIQ? The platform is easy to use once integrated. Anyone can setup guided tours so it's easy to keep it up to date. It saves lots of CS calls and the user gets a much better experience. Features adoption has never been that easier!

"Insights and Engagement Out of the Box"

What do you like best about UserIQ? Insight into how users engage with our tool at granular levels, as well as the ability to then engage with those users to influence their behaviour has made a huge difference for us. The ability to conduct NPS and other surveys has made obtaining feedback easier than ever. An automated, flexible customer health score and dashboard has saved us hours of manual work each month.
