User Friendly and Great Support
What do you like best? Thundertix has fantastic support, is very intuitive and is easy for our customers to navigate. I like that some of my colleague in town use the service as well so we are able to talk with one another when we have questions. What do you dislike? As a Canadian I dislike that my invoices show up in American dollars and so I only see the actual price once payment hits my account. Each question being thrown at that time was answered with confidence. System details were broken down in terms that anyone can understand. I was a TicketMaster user. But ThunderTix turned the tables for me.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like how tickets cane be printed out and includes the name of the buyer. It's cool having the ability to directly run charges vai the program.
