Excellent reporting tool and great support

What do you like best? I love that I can schedule a meeting with our account manager if there is ever an issue. I love that we can white label the reporting and make the reporting carry the branding of our clients. The support we receive from our account manager is invaluable. He is always friendly and insightful when we present a challenge to him. What do you dislike? Some of the data views take a long time to pull information from which can leave widgets blank but I think that is not ...

What do you like best? TapClicks is very user-friendly, intuitive and allows for customized reporting for our clients' needs. What do you dislike? When reports are downloaded from report studio, some of the widgets and template designs are not formatted correctly. This increases the time we spend quality checking the reports.
