What do you like best? Simplified format, easy to use and there's no fuss, no hidden costs and does exactly what it's supposed to - which is setup questions, do reviews, manage a cycle and collaborate with your employees. What do you dislike? It's too simple. What do you like best? The ability to give feedback to everyone in a structured way. What do you dislike? Interface looks dated and could use some modernization.
