What do you like best? Prezly is the best software/SAAS purchase I have made in two years. It solved many of my problems with direct mail, managed contacts, and building press releases and media alerts. What do you dislike? Managing contacts is a little cumbersome because of the in and out and back and forth but I think it is improving as the platform develops. What business problems are you solving with the product?
