What do you like best about PlaybookUX? I was able to get direct feedback from my target demographic. I could filter on Job Title, Seniority, and Industry which was very important for me since I work with a lot of B2B companies who have a hard time doing user research. What do you dislike about PlaybookUX? I would have said that they don't allow you to recruit your own participants but I heard they just released that feature so I am going to try that out soon. What do you like best about PlaybookUX? PlaybookUX has allowed me to collect product feedback from an unlimited number of participants through unmoderated tests. Their customer support has been incredibly helpful. What do you dislike about PlaybookUX? PlaybookUX could consider creating in-tool charts for post-study analysis, like customer sentiment analysis.
