Paymill is best processing system
Hi we have used few card processing systems before but all time have some issues.Last year try Paymill and never had problems with that company. We working worldwide and accept payments from few countries, I will highly recomend Paymill to any business.

Secure and seamless
What do you like best? I like that it is very seamless and extensive. Particularly for my clients, it is very clear for them and none of them have had issues with their preferred method of payment. Eternal process, its been months and still waiting
They have asked for more and more documentation, take long to answer. I have finally reached the final step and sent the physical documents... 28 days ago. No news since then. We are desperate and about to give up on them. So unproffessional. We are VirtualGallery SLUpdate: I hadnt seen the contract to sign, it is signed now. thanks

Support ist eine Katastrophe!
Ich nutze Paymill seit 4 Jahren in meinem Shop. Das klappt auch gut. Damals bei der Einrichtung war der Support noch besser, wenn auch nicht gut.Der Support heute ist jedoch eine Katastrophe: Mails werden grundsätzlich nicht beantwortet. Telefoniert man mit dem Support, sind die Damen da zwar freundlich, wissen aber nicht weiter.Man muss ständig nachhaken, und es passiert einfach nichts. Ich wollte einem Kunden eine Zahlung per Kreditkarte erstatten, doch Paymill kann mir da überhaupt nicht ...

Poor service, long and unreasonable application process
It took Paymill 2 working days just to recognise my application.Then another week to accept my documents and proceed with the application.When I called them, no matter what number I dialed, the same bloke picked up the phone, be it from technical support or sales. The woman that was in charge of my application was always at meetings and only once called me back as promised. Wir haben uns für Paymill entschieden, das es aus technischer Sicht für unsere Anwendung einen guten Eindruck hinterließ. API ist überwiegend gut dokumentiert, Backend vernünftig, mobiles SDK ließ sich schnell einbinden.Absolut inakzeptabel und aus geschäftlicher Sicht eine Katastrophe ist allerdings der Support und das Vertragshandling.Der initiale Support war regelmäßig schleppend, Antwortzeiten um die 2 Tage, was uns eigentlich hätte stuztig machen sollen.
