What do you like best? I love everything about Outreach- but it’s sequencing is unlike anything else out there. What do you dislike? The learning curve is incredibly high. If you are in sales and you do not have Outreach... you are totally missing out.

What do you like best? Massive gains in productivity when used properly to its full extent. What do you dislike? I wish I could perform salesforce actions in Outreach so I don't even have to deal with salesforce -- But not sure that something like that would even be possible. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping track of all of my accounts and leads.

What do you like best? The advanced functionality. You can do more with Outreach than any other sales engagement platform. What do you dislike? Sometimes LinkedIn and Outreach disconnect from each other. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? For automating the repetitive parts of sales development. What do you like best? I like the ability to upload large lists of contacts via SalesForce and then easily set those leads up in sequences that I can track with an abundance of analytics. What do you dislike? The functionality and UX of Outreach are both top notch, but the software can be a little buggy. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The ability to organize tasks, sequences, and connect with customers on Outreach is fantastic. I love the automated cadence feature that allows you to come close to removing all admin work as a sales person and focus on the skill aspect of the jobs which is customer interactions.
