Powerful & easy to use

What do you like best? I love that I can use this tool for many different stages of my process. It's easy to use and robust. I can do basic flows or much more detailed wires. What do you dislike? So far I've had a great experience using the tool, not too much I'd change. I haven't tried anything that compares at this point. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can use this tool throughout many stages of my process. It's easy to train ...

I use Omnigraffle daily as a UX Designer

What do you like best? I create mockups of changes to web applications as a part of the development process in my company. Sometimes these are entirely new features, but usually they are changes to existing user interfaces. My typical work flow to grab a screenshot from our application. I place the screenshot on a background layer, then block out sections using the rectangle tool. I lock the background layers, then draw new UI elements on top of the background to illustrate the change ...

One of the main reasons I use a Mac is Omnigraffle

What do you like best? I've used Omnigraffle for over a decade (I think), and second to using paper and a sharpie it's the quickest way to draw up some quick concepts, show some prototypes of interfaces or draw some flowcharts or diagrams. In addition, it's great for planning room or office layouts What do you dislike? The only gripe I have is that I keep forgetting that some of the keyboard shortcuts aren't the ones I'd be expecting. Zooming in and out, for instance doesn't work with ...

Omnigraffle used for presentation graphics

What do you like best? I like best the ease of use in generating visually appealing and clear diagrams. What do you dislike? I dislike the inability to use a version control system such as gut to keep track of versions of a diagram, while retaining meaningful diffs in the version control system. When I really need this, I use graphviz to create the diagram and live with its limitations.

Used this as my primary graphing tool for the last 5 years.

What do you like best? Used this as my primary graphing tool for the last 5 years. I often try alternatives, mainly because I would want to use a tool that is platform independent/online, but I always come back to OmniGraffle . Stuff I like best are the incremental changes with every version and the high quality templates that are available online. What do you dislike? The handling of text in/out/near a shape is still a bit awkward. Recommendations to others considering the ...

The De-facto Tool fro Wireframes, Site or App Flow and Genral Objectivists t Organization.

What do you like best? Well, for me it has mainly services as a wireframing tool and a tool for structuring websites and seeing them in a mapped view. There a re. aton of features, as well as templates and while one can get a bit lost in them, it is the only tool (there are others avaialble but not for mne) I use. What do you dislike? There are an awful lot features and what once started as a pretty simple tool, that aimed to fulfill a few needs, it seems to be becoming one of those ...

Good tool, not user friendly but good final work.

What do you like best? The way it can put the images in different ways and mix them as I wanted. What do you dislike? It is not very intuitive, so at the beginning is hard to understand how it works and take advantage of all the possibilities that the program provides. After you learned it is fine. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I used it for manages all the photographs/images for submiting jounal papers. I found very useful for ...

Omnigraffle

What do you like best? Omnigraffle is my favorite graphic creator on Macbook. It allows me to view and edit Visio docmuments unlike most software on the Macbook. What do you dislike? Omnigraffle is a little overwhelming at first and can be intimidating but once you get used to the layout, it's simple to use. Recommendations to others considering the product: Pretty much the only viable option for Macbook users when it comes to graphic creation. What problems are you solving with ...
