PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Omni Focus allows me to add projects and tasks on my Pc and I am able to access them via cloud-based server with intuitive interface on my iPad. What do you like best? I like that its flexible and you can find your own way to use the various fields in a way that suits you. There are a lot of people who use Omnifocus and you can find a myriad of opinions online about how to use the many features available. Time intensive but powerful

What do you like best? Contexts are a very interesting way of providing another pivot on your tasks; it basically allows you to see which tasks are associated w/ a particular place or person, etc. I also like being able to rapidly create tasks in the Inbox - gives you the ability to do a brain dump and get it all documented in rapid succession.
