This is powerful solution for streamlining all your processes

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? With this tool you can easily get the solution up and running. I like that I can implement this tool in a group within minutes without using custom coded solutions. The UI has great drag and drop feature so we can easily teach others to use it and allow others to create their own workflows, in this way we engage them through the process. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The cryptic sometimes makes us spending lot ...

Excellent and holistic approach to have all processes in line.

What do you like best? Everyone uses one system. Ability to link and attach documents that don't have to be re written in the system. What do you dislike? I am the process owner for my whole team. If I wanted to send the feedback to the process expert the comment I make comes back to me. How can i change this so they can view it and update it and send it back to me? I do not create processes but have a team that does. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have ...

User friendly and intuitive

What do you like best? Being user friendly, it allowed us to easily train and empower employees to self document their processes. Traditionally, processes are documented in BPMN 2.0 which is great but that tends to be only understood by process trained people or business analysts. This system and their way of creating and displaying processes is intuitive which allows employees of all levels to be easily trained. What do you dislike? Not so much dislike but more of an area of ...

Functionality AND Usability

What do you like best? The sleek and inviting frontend does invite users that aren't process management experts to actually engage in the process. It also is inviting to post processes on a low level of development and improve them from there as a team-effort. What do you dislike? Some of my colleagues are slightly deterred by the lack of a german language options. Recommendations to others considering the product: Go for it! The Nintex e-learning platform makes it very easy to implement ...

The ideal software to improve all the processes of my company.

What do you like best? I love this system for its simplicity because it allows people to follow the process of their management at a high level. I also like the function of procedures, since it allows me to see the whole procedure that is carried out in the company in a detailed way. I also like this system because it allows me to simplify all the complex administrative processes. This system has an intuitive method of work that facilitates the handling without having the need to be a ...

Promaster using product on an adhoc basis for 6 months

What do you like best? I like the intuitive ability of the tool. What do you dislike? I dislike that it doesn't link with current platforms for user management. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have only really started using it and have found that not being prepared or having an actual roadmap or project plan has hindered our development.
