What do you like best about NextGen Healthcare EHR? I love the Success Community that Nextgen offers. Should you have a problem, you can log in to your account and post questions/issues you may be having in the program. You can also make suggestions for improvements to the software. "Very easy to navigate and great customer service!"
What do you like best about NextGen Healthcare EHR? Easy to navigate on either desktop, laptop or tablet. Plus being able to customized forms and templates is a plus. What do you dislike about NextGen Healthcare EHR? I dislike the lack of customization for estatements. And the lack of ease for patients to pay online instead on the patient portal.
