What do you like best about Neon CRM? We've found Neon has supported our organizations needs for donation tracking. I like the global systems page, it makes it easy to jump to whatever area I need to work in for setup and editing. I also like the way the donors is organized.

"One-woman band tool"
What do you like best about Neon CRM? Our association is an army of two and Neon CRM has made it decently easy to do events, donations and membership. We do pay for the tech support, which has been totally worth it. I would highly recommend paying for that option, even if only for a year.

What do you like best about Neon CRM? The customer support team that onboarded us was truly amazing to work with. The database and reporting system is very easy to use.

What do you like best about Neon CRM? It allows us to manage all of our stakeholders in one place, with multiple resources for managing their distinctive relationships. I also really like that they listen and want feedback from us on how to help them better meet our needs as a nonprofit organization.

What do you like best about Neon CRM? The connectivity to Neon CRM and other apps and our Neon Website. The customer service is always super helpful and very quick to respond. Once you learn how to use Neon CRM, its fairly easy to navigate and has a lot of features.

"Largely understandable, dependable, and quick to provide support!"
What do you like best about Neon CRM? Accounts are able to hold the information we need, both for the user's internal needs and our external organization needs. Support requests are answered in a timely manner, and are generally comprehensive- including multiple screenshots, explanations, and offers for additional support.
