This the first time that I had a very positive outcome due to Ann (tech support from Neat) that quickly and efficiently understood my issue and similarly walk me through on how to get the report that I wanted. In addition, she was bable to give me tips on what reports to use.I was extremely pleased especially since in the past I had not had any positive results after calling Neat.

Amazing Tool with Excellent Service
