Tech support was great
Tech support was great! He was patient with me and helped me get all my documents in order. It took about two days and a lot of patience. But he was able to get everything in order while supporting me through the unknown of would I find my documents or would documents be even salvagable? After a hard drive crash, I was betting on the worst. I still had some of the old software with documents that had never transferred over to the cloud so need help retrieving them. I contacted Neat Desk because I was confused about scanning and transfer to a particular file. Stephen was able to explain everything to me in plain language. I''m 81 and a little challenged with technical things. He was patient and understanding.He is an asset to your company

I needed to update my NEAT …
I needed to update my NEAT as I had not used it in several years. Dolly very patiently walked me through the process of both updating my NEAT, and training me on using the new version. She also called the next morning to make sure I understood how to work within the new version and the cloud.
