What do you like best? The email tracking functionality saves my life -- with cold outreach, now I am much more effective. What do you dislike? Honestly, it's all great. What do you like best? You can see when someone has seen your email, so you know when to follow up. What do you dislike? Sequences is no longer available on the free plan, which was saddening for me as a broke college student. Recommendations to others considering the product: Definitely download this! Mixmax is such an awesome tool!

What do you like best? The ability to easily add tools (custom email signature, calener, etc) in your email. Also, the look, feel, and overall user experience is excellent! What do you dislike? What do you like best? First thing I like the most about Mixmax is its reliability and seamless integration with all services. All functionalities work perfectly with no lags and without any problems. We've moved to a different tool recently, and everybody misses Mixmax because it was so good. What do you like best? I love how I can use email templates to write fast emails. As a sales person, I'm always typing information to prospects that can repeat itself often, but have slight variations. What do you dislike? I do not like the dialer tool, as it is not built out as much. There is more that can be done here to make the dailer more useful. Easy to use and works flawlessly

What do you like best? It runs in the background, no extra effort required. I also love that it prompts me to add contacts before sending an email. What do you dislike? I wish I could see if the CC in sequences was going to work - doesn't seem like there's a way to test that before sending. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Logging ALL contact with merchants, we had issues before when it was more manual.

What do you like best? I loved that I can share my availability with my customers to provide them some flexibility. I also love the conversion of time zones, as my customers are nationwide. What do you like best? What I really like about Mixmax is the fact that I am able to see a Live feed of my Emails at all times, displayed in my mailbox.
