My opinion of Meltwater

What do you like best? Meltwater has a great search filed that helps track media his we would not see. Better brand/product then other programs in the market. What do you dislike? Does not track other media such as Spanish media or FM radio. Also placing a photo in a media release can be difficult. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problems at this time.
