This has been very helpful in running donation reports and keeping track of donors and prospects and campaigns.

It's a great fundraising CRM if you aren't also dealing with ticket sales; it's simple, effective, and much less clunky than Salesforce or Patronmanager. What do you dislike about Little Green Light? PROS: This is a simple and cost-effective way to organize our donors, members, as well as funds and grants. CONS: I hope they would allow individual logins soon. They also need to step up when it comes to customer service by adding more channels like hotlines.

PROS: LGL is affordable and has tons of great offerings. It allows us to store volunteering data in the database. It also provides support to help us with our website. CONS: It takes time to get used to it. You need to allot time learning the database and other functions through the available tutorials.
