What do you like best? I like that it can track and visualize the leads that arrive at my site. It takes every ip that visits your site and it tracks it back down to the root and business most associated with those numbers. This makes it much easier for retargeting and tracking down leads. Good service if somewhat not granular enough

What do you like best? I love that you can see which companies visited your site, which pages they went on and how it syncs up with our CRM and the contacts you can from it. What do you dislike? I don't like the fact that it doesn't seem to actually show the correct companies. We know that other companies have visited our website - such as our clients, prospects we're talking to etc - but they don't show up.
