"Extremely easy to use"

What do you like best about Koncert? Lazy sales mans way for making calls. Almost too easy. Integration w salesforce is great. Just click the connect leader session, so no additional log in, uploading contacts/reports super easy, and call me functions are stupidly simple...:).
