What do you like best about Koncert? I like the seamless integration of Koncert into salesforce, and the ability to easily build lists for the team dialedz What do you dislike about Koncert? UX is great, but perhaps it could look a bit cleaner. Also, I wish there were some way to know I was about to connect with someone, other than the tone which is a bit abrupt. What do you like best about Koncert? Easy to use. Useful for my job. Good way to make calls. What do you dislike about Koncert? Reuploading lists already made gets a little annoying but is necessary to keep lists updated. Recommendations to others considering Koncert: Yes I recommend. What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you? Ability to call multiple people quickly.
