What do you like best about Koncert? The support from Koncert is un-matched, out of this world! It is one of the best platforms to integrate with HubSpot, which is not always easy. What do you dislike about Koncert? The interface looks outdated. That is really it so far What problems is Koncert solving and how is that benefiting you? Koncert allows our sales reps to call more people in a day which allows them to more easily hit their KPIs and drive new business for our company.

What do you like best about Koncert? Integrations with SFDC and Outreach is very clean and easy to set up. The service works as advertised. I've enjoyed working with my rep who assists with best practices and will brainstorm with me to get the maximum return on our investment. I've worked with other agent-assisted dialing vendors and Koncert is my favorite. This is the third I've brought them into, and I know it won't be the last.
