Customer Support has helped us out when we have had issues. Our AE has stayed in contact well passed the sale to ensure everything is going smoothly which is a very nice touch. What do you like best about Koncert? I love how straightforward Koncert is to use. Very easy to get started and very easy to reach people and make notes to follow up with people I've spoken to. Plus it integrates with a lot of the tools we already use in our tech stack so it has integrated seamlessly in that way too.
