Oh dear
Oh dear - we have used Kashflow since 2010 when we selected it over Xero. At that time, it wasnt under the ownership of IRIS, who have taken this product backwards whilst Xero has evolved into a world class package. We have spent the last 2 months transferring data away from Kashflow. This was prompted by their awful handling of bank feed security changes. Poor Attitude from Customer Service
Software is very basic - one man bands etc. On their splash page I was offered an annual price of £125 plus VAT, plus an option to try it for free. Once I'd tried it for free I decided to pay the £125 only it had gone up to £185??? However, the £125 price was still being offered on their splash page. I couldn't take advantage of this offer as I'd tried if for free. The mind boggles. At £185 may as well use Xero which is much better and more comprehensive.

I would give this company a negative number of stars if I could.
If I could give this company zero or a negative number of stars, I would.First, their software is very good. It enables someone with no knowledge of accounting procedures to produce accurate accounts quickly and easily.That is where the praise stops. absolutely rubbish!!
absolutely rubbish!!! I can't log in even if I am using different browsers... is taking me days to log in!!! plus the concept is very basic of accounting system

Subscription renewal has locked me out
I have been a Kashflow customer for a year now and I'm not impressed with the clunky interfaces and lack of proper customer support.Today, my subscription expired, no prior notice, so my account is locked and I cannot invoice clients or check on payments.There is no 'subscribe' button on my account so cannot even pay to get the service back up and running.Called the 0800 number, just a recorded message pointing out all the answers are on their website - really?I'll be moving away from ...

Honestly don't waste your time
Honestly don't waste your time. Such poor customer service, tried out new HR software and they didn't inform us it was a 12 month contract so even though we literally used it all of once have been trying to get us to pay for a whole year. They said it was in their ts and cs but no-one reads every line and it should be made very clear from the start its a contract. Have used them for accountancy and payroll and have been okay but after this am leaving for a company with better customer service

I wouldn't even give them 1 star to be honest. A company in utter turmoil. Pricing structure that makes no sense. We have seen a 50% increase and are being billed for products we don't need, didn't ask for and don't receive. Complaints go unanswered, both from us and our accountant. When the accountant did finally get a response her fee's for Kashflow increased 300%.Total F...... shambles.

Avoid this company under any…
Avoid this company under any circumstances. Terrible customer support. They kept on billing me, despite numerous notifications to cancel my subscription.

Customer service is utterly apalling
Customer service is utterly apalling. Phone support has been withdrawn, trying to contact them on their online 'chat' support often results in a long wait only to be told to email in.There is often no response to emails, you have to chase and chase and if you do get a response it is often so basic that it is clear they do not understand or have not even read the email correctly.This is not a one off and happens over and over.

Utterly AWFUL customer services
Utterly AWFUL customer services, complained about the "bank feeds" feature being mis-sold, not had a proper response in over a month - but still received their marketing email shouting about their "world class customer support" - which is a complete joke. They take a years subscription, remove a critical feature like bank feeds (all other online companies like Xero/Sage/QB managed to replace them quickly) and refuse to refund. Avoid.
