JUSTWORKS Excellent for providing benefits and organization to your employees.

What do you like best? It is our tool that allows us to provide the beneficial packages for human resources. Easy to use, easy to navigate. They have a super important chat that adds value since they can ask questions regarding email for example. What do you dislike? OK usage

What do you like best? Navigation of the platform is quite smooth. Directions are very clear and presice. No confusion on how to use the platform. User experience is good. What do you dislike? If needing to find a very specific info, it takes some time to search and find it under different tabs. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cuts down on administrative burden!

What do you like best? I love that new employees can self-service all onboarding needs ahead of their start date if they'd like. They can pick all of their benefits online and if they have issues with their taxes, they can directly work with Justworks to fix them. The employee database is wonderful. What do you dislike? Great interface but customer service could be better

What do you like best? The interface to manage payroll and benefits is beautiful and easy to use. What do you dislike? Customer service is not always well-informed. Their benefits year for healthcare starts in November which I find ridiculous. It makes it very hard to move to another provider and it makes it confusing for employees. What do you like best? Pricing is better than other PEO's, the user interface is also nicer than most others I've worked with. What do you dislike? Despite billing themselves as one of the most tech forward PEO's, Justworks is lacking when it comes to actual functionality. What do you like best? The company has a strong and intuitive interface, and has been able to negotiate strong pricing for benefits offerings. What do you dislike?
