What do you like best? We get our own personal contact at Justworks. She is extremely helpful and goes way out of our way to meet our needs. What do you dislike? Standard rules are followed and usually I, not Justworks, catches small non-profit specific exemptions. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Justworks does all of our payroll processing and keeps track of PTO. We even have a place to put our employee documents and policies.

Responsive Customer Service and Easy to Use Portal

What do you like best? The best part is the responsiveness. Whenever I have an issue our rep responds immediately, or I hear from another rep who is prepared to cover the issue.
