What do you like best? The point of contact for initial setup was superb - it's one-on-one and it seems like they're always available and ready to help. What do you like best? I like how easy it is to enter in new employees and contractors and pull various reports - it's very user-friendly. What do you dislike? The support team is a little slow to answer, but I'm sure they are really busy. When they do answer, they are always very helpful. It would be great though if you had a live chat feature. Great service! A little pricey but worth it.

What do you like best? I can always get someone on the phone quickly. When I needed proof of workers comp insurance, I called and had a certificate 20 minutes later. Whether it was questions about PTO, state filing requirements, or vendors, a real person at JustWorks always picked up the phone and, if they didn't have the answer, got back to me quickly. The one time I didn't get an answer the same day, the customer service person emailed me to let me know she was still working on it. ...

Relatively new user, so far it's great. Much simpler/usable than trinet.

What do you like best? The interface is really clean. I can get to what I need very easily. I especially like the paystubs display. The inline chat function and the people helping on it are great, I have used it a few times. Overall very good. What do you dislike? The benefits page is a little cluttered.
