Feedback for improvements
In general I like the app. However, I wish I could enter a block of vacation dates in one entry so I didn't have to enter each day individually which takes a lot of time. I have some employees who take sabaticals or several weeks off at once. It is tedious to make the entry (especially if they end up changing the dates after the fact. Also, I frequently have difficulty getting on the app from my iPad, not sure why.

EXCELLENT, but good be a users dream.
RESPONSE TO CLIENT - EXCELLENT - Always willing to help solve a problem - big or smallSOFTWARE - Employee Records - Too slow in loading up files and too unforgiving on making changesSOFTWARE - Sending Out Emails - The last email in either column, if on bottom, very difficult to select delete.SOFTWARE - Progressive Discipline - Very hard to search names to start a New WarningSuch excellent software - should be perfect, like the techs, who answer the phone and communicate with clients.

It is a nice app...
It is a nice app. I would buy something more robust if I could. I could use more time buckets (4 or 5) and I would like to be able to access more than one bucket per day. And there isn't any reporting.

I had issues at the beginning with…
I had issues at the beginning with information saving, the customer service team did get to work on it and after a week or so the issues I was having has been resolved. Since then just an occasional freeze up will happen and I have to sign out and sign back in to finish what I was doing.Just a suggestion, it would be nice to select several days and make one entry for the total of days selected. Also it would be nice to hover over a day on the calendar and see the notes entered on that ...

Their customer service is top notch
Their customer service is top notch. Quick to respond and ready to help. I use the Attendance Calendar, and they made changes last year that I wish they had not. I'm sure the changes needed to be made, but I wish they had made more of an effort to wed the good aspects of the previous version with the new version.
