Game Changer for Outreach
What do you like best? Groove has been a game changer in my ability to perform continued outreach in a scheduled timely manner. It has kept all my prospects organized. I love the omni bar which links my Gmail, SalesForce and Groove accounts together and allows me to enter data into all of them very easily. What do you dislike? Easy-to-use application and Great Customer Service
What do you like best? being able to send emails to many clients simultaneously and getting notified of when they read the email. What do you dislike? when copy pasting the email from a different place, the font doesnt stay consistent. i have to send myself 1-2 sample emails to figure out if the font looks correct. What do you like best? Mass email functionality and read receipts on emails What do you dislike? Some of the feature functionality is hard to understand when setting up mass emails. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take the Groove flow training. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Mass outreach to prospects. Groove helped me to increase my efficiency for prospecting
What do you like best? The concept of Flows is very interesting. In sales, momentum is they key. I strongly recommend Groove. What do you dislike? Flow field customization. I can't add more fields, for instance, country code (I cover international territory) Recommendations to others considering the product: Yes What problems are you solving with the product? Saves tons of time
What do you like best? Saves so much time when recording activity to salesforce. Love the ability to set reminders, add times I'm free to schedule meetings, and be able to see how many views I've had on emails. What do you dislike? Not really a dislike, more likely my lack of trying and understanding, but wish it was easier to set up flows and make them more personal. Groove Review - August 2020 - Awesome Tool!
What do you like best? I enjoy using the templates and the logging features. It is very helpful to be able to send emails quickly straight from my gmail account. Also, we use the logging feature to track emails within Salesforce. I like that I do not need to go into Salesforce to track emails. Saves me an extra step. Simplifies my daily outreach allowing me to cover more ground than ever!
What do you like best? Setting up specific flows by industry and tailoring each has been extremely helpful. Whenever a new lead comes in it is as simple as adding them to the correct flow which then takes you step by step through the sales process, making sure your outreach is where it always needs to be.
