Great ATS with constant productive updates!
What do you like best? The ease of use to create custom fields, as well as being very adaptable to other systems we have in place What do you dislike? The reporting Feature has come a long way since we first were using GH. I would love the ability to attach skills in bulk if I am trying to add a group of salespeople for instance. Last time I checked that was not available. It would greatly increase our usage of the feature, especially as skills are not "validated" so a range of ...

I have been a Greenhouse user for over 2 years now and can strongly recommend this system.
What do you like best? It keeps up with trends, information is always up to date and user friendly. It allows for a plethora of integrations, and I have had a wonderful experience thus far with customer success. It's a system that is constantly evolving and listening to their customers of what works and what doesn't. What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to text candidates through the system. Intuitive design easily adopted by users
What do you like best? The user interface for Greenhouse is simple and easy to navigate. They also have a very robust to knowledgebase and support team to solve any issues or questions you have. Huge time saver!
What do you like best? So easy to use, keeps everything in one place and the scorecards help to ensure we are interviewing fairly What do you dislike? nothing that I dislike yet, it is a bit robust and hard to find things unless you know where they are but I think that will get better with time What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? hundreds of hours saved for the hiring managers and myself with scheduling and tracking

Brings all the best features, bells and whistles we need together in one place
What do you like best? Greenhouse is a robust system that truly considers full-cycle recruiting and the administrative tasks necessary to source, hire, onboard, and develop talent. What do you dislike? I'd love to see more options for integration into a broader pool of HCM systems What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Love Greenhouse!
What do you like best? User friendly! Everything is very intuitive. What do you dislike? if you want to access specific data, you have to pay for what's called a "BI-connector." The service is already pricey -- so, another cost of 3k isn't great What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Flexible ATS with built in features for structured interviewing
What do you like best? Greenhouse is a product with a point of view that encourages best practices like structured reviewing and consistent interviewing. It takes some work to set up, but when you do it, you can easily hold hiring managers and interviewers accountable to have the same process for every candidate. What do you dislike? Only ATS I've Ever Used
What do you like best? Clear view of candidate pipeline, easy to pull reports and to share with hiring managers the status of their roles and candidates. What do you dislike? Not a lot of help when it comes to sourcing and managing sourcing pipelines - going back historically to reach out to candidates, etc. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reporting, finding issues in our interview processes and blockers.

Best thing we did was switch to Greenhouse!
What do you like best? I love the simplicity of the ATS. I like that it's easy to add a new candidate and navigate through the stages of the interview process! It's very user friendly and intuitive!
