Greenhouse made recruitment process more efficient.
What do you like best? Applicant tracking made easy. Generating reports are also made more convenient because of the filters. Moreover, it helps in optimizing the recruitment process. Comprehensive ATS System that allows me to engage and communicate well with candidates + managers
What do you like best? Integration of other apps such as Grayscale and Calendly Bulk Actions Ease of use What do you dislike? Great ATS!
What do you like best? UX and UI is great, lots of automation tools, easy to install, workflows are seamless What do you dislike? The private jobs feature was disabled, also there is no resource planning or headcount planning tool available - this would be a product that would really ensure Greenhouse is number one amongst competitors What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automation, candidate screening, offer processes etc

Intuitive & Efficient
What do you like best? Greenhouse is easy to use and it is easy to train others to use. It has great reporting functionality which makes our regular reports easy to produce. Being able to handle all communications with applicants through the system, and in bulk, is a massive time saver. What do you dislike? Easy, transparent, must have
What do you like best? The scorecards which provide transparent and quick feedback in the hiring process. What do you dislike? The "new look" of scheduling interviews is not nice. The "old view" was much better because you were able to see the candidates availability on the right side of the screen to remind you when he/she was available. What do you like best? I love the ease of the backend of the system, how I can make changes quickly. I love the scorecards and ease of finding candidates after we have interviewed them in the past. User Friendly Greenhouse

One of the most intuitive and user-friendly applicant tracking systems around!
What do you like best? Greenhouse is an incredibly scale-able platform which is great for companies like SMCP North America that are in growth mode. What do you like best? The flexibility, ease of use and simplicity of this system is the most important aspect of Greenhouse. I have worked in many other larger Enterprise ATS systems that I spent more time managing than actually recruiting or interviewing candidates. The Perfect ATS
What do you like best? Highly customizable, great analytics, fantastic implantation (so rare!), great customer service. It’s fairly intuitive which makes it easy for me to train users. There’s nothing I don’t love about this system. What do you dislike? It doesn’t integrate with our HRIS, but I love Greenhouse so much, we are just planning to get a different HRIS.
