Excellent experiences with fixme.it I use it for my personal business as well as at work.
What do you like best? Simplicity of use. I have many unattended clients I need to access and the tool is always ready. What do you dislike? No dislikes the product checks all the boxes. Recommendations to others considering the product: Just keep adding features What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Remote access to avoid vpn connections.

FIXME.IT is incredible for our agency
What do you like best? I like the ability to save time and gas by being able to remotely offer client id protected support to my remote users. great remote access solution
What do you like best? EAse of use, restart, easy to get an end user set up quickly What do you dislike? desperatley need wake up command for unnatended clients , would be a complete gamechanger Recommendations to others considering the product: wake command for unattended clients.... Excellent and reliable tool
What do you like best? Reliable. Works for all PCs where I connect. I’ve never had a single issue. What do you dislike? I would like to have a sort of “toolbox” repository where we can upload frequently used scripts and programs and have easy access to download and run them quickly on a user’s machine. The remote client software is perfect for us and the price is great
What do you like best? We support point of sale software. Our customer have grown accustomed to calling for support and we connect to their system in seconds. It makes it so nice for us and them. FixMe.IT = Great value for a great product
What do you like best? It is really easy for the end user to grant you access. The unattended access setup is very simple and fast as well. What do you dislike? The only downside I've run into is that the end user can remove your unattended access, which has unintentionally happened because they didn't realize what that really meant. Great for working remotely with customers.

Best Remote Support Software I have tried! Will continue to use
What do you like best? The low impact and footprint on the clients PC's What do you dislike? Not compatible or no APP for IOS or Android phones yet Recommendations to others considering the product: Ease of deployment and low learning curve It is very intuitive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I do remote support for many clients and this gives me the ability to do that without punching holes in their firewalls to do this.
