What do you like best? No need to send PDF:s. You can always keep your docs up to date. Extremely good and useful stats, especially for startups. What do you dislike? There's nothing to dislike. DocSend is great! Essential part of our Sales process, our team (and clients) love it!

What do you like best? The fact that I have a simple online repository for client collateral/materials. We update these "Client Materials Pages" (Spaces) and have clients bookmark them so they can go back and review/access everything we've presented to them in the past, from initial sales presentations to account assessments and so on. I definitely recommend Docsend for fundraising or sales

What do you like best? I love being able to track who is truly referring me to other people when fundraising and knowing what content is relevant vs which one is not. I also love being able to update the content as much as needed on the same link. This was one of the top key features for me , especially for decks, they evolve so much and so fast. What do you like best? That I know when people have actually checked my attachment, what pages they’ve seen, how long they spend reviewing the deck, how frequently they come back to the document, and that we get their contact info (email!. My favorite b2b sales tool

What do you like best? DocSend has been the key tool in automating our b2b sales process. The ability to control access to documents, update links seamlessly and track time on pages has really helped to hone our content. I never send .pdfs anymore. What do you dislike? The only change that I would make to DocSend would be to make videos playable within documents (rather than clicking on the link and then having a pop up appear.
