Great product that is cloud-bssed

What do you like best? Capability to move from app to app and devices. Remote work is awesome. What do you dislike? Nothing really. Overall it's awesome. It is cloud based so the connection isn't as stable. Recommendations to others considering the product: Please do a demo. You will love it and it will greatly help your team. Easy to use, great customer support, simple setup.

What do you like best? Gmail integrations and how easy it is to set-up What do you dislike? desktop software freezes and can be very slow at times which is likely a combination of internet and computer processing power. Recommendations to others considering the product: self serve IVR, What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Remote working for 250 users. The ability to closely monitor employees, call recording, sms and much much more.

Dialpad is super simple and easy-to-use

What do you like best? I especially like that it helps me keep track of my calling history overtime which I find to be really helpful. What do you dislike? It drops call some times so I have to refresh my page. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The tracking history is helpful so that I'm not double calling people but it also keeps track of their numbers so I can easily find them at any time.

Dialpad works seamlessly with our lead system and makes doing outbounds so easy!

Good product but sometimes it glitches

What do you like best? I like that I am able to read the transcripts of the calls after I have them. Although sometimes the quality of the transcript is bad. What do you dislike? I dislike getting multiple calls at once and having them drop. It happens a lot. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to keep track of my outreach to my customers a lot more effectively
