Mostly positive with some issues
What do you like best? Low cost, simplified user interface, easy implementation What do you dislike? - No dashboard, the current so-called dashboard is more of excel spreadhseet of listing all the contracts - Slow refresh and time taken to save documents - Only show the main contract, the other attachments will be opened in separate window Recommendations to others considering the product Be a real dashboard - show summary of contracts in a snapshot, faster refresh rate in saving ...

Use it for our company contracts
What do you like best? The team is very receptive, I like the email upload/autotagging feature What do you dislike? that it doesn't have a negotiation period alarm, but they said they would have that implemented in the next 3-6 months. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? we mostly use it for alarms for renegotiation periods
