User friendly and robust

PROS: ConnectWise runs very fast, without any lags. Remote controls are also extremely easy to operate. CONS: I had encountered a few problems with duplicate agents and errors that can only be fixed by customer representatives.

Enhanced team productivity

PROS: After over a year of using ConnectWis, we can say that the software saved us immense time as it streamlined the process and has zero to minimal room for error. CONS: There have been system lags when patching. Worst is when it hangs in the middle of installing software. But these are not deal breakers.

"Simple and powerful tool"

What do you like best about ConnectWise Automate? Screen connect is very fast and easy to use to remote controls remote machines What do you dislike about ConnectWise Automate? Sometimes there are issues with duplicate agents for Thin Clients or VDI's.
