What do you like best about ConnectWise Automate? I love the multiple options that ConnectWise offers to allow my organization to be streamlined. We use it for remote access, patch management, software management and multiple other avenues. What do you dislike about ConnectWise Automate? Our server is currently cloud hosted with ConnectWise and this sometimes takes away from our flexibility on customization . Would be intuitive to have a one click remote access option. "Great future product."
What do you like best about ConnectWise Automate? Very robust. Can do almost anything you need. What do you dislike about ConnectWise Automate? Company is very disjointed. I expect they will either correct issues, or merge. Recommendations to others considering ConnectWise Automate: Confirm that its not overkill for what you need. What problems is ConnectWise Automate solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps with our internal helpdesk.
