What do you like best? I am a CSM and using CZ as my main system. I try to do everything in one place and I like that CZ provides most of the functionality that I need. I also like the integration with SF and ZD. We also receive great support from our account manager. What do you dislike? CZ saves me time and makes me look good!

What do you like best? I can depend on the automation which saves me tons of time, the UI is easy and intuitive, and I can easily keep on top of my customer communication. What do you dislike? Sending emails is clunky, and it would be nice to cc: whoever you need to cc: What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
