"Worked with ChartHop on Comp Model Implementation & reporting"

What do you like best about ChartHop? I love how intuitive the product is. I recently started with the company and have readily navigated the product. The UI is very appealing and well laid out. I like the dashboard and the components of what is included. I like how easy it is to pull data from the data sheet tab. My reports always run faster than an ADP report would for example. What do you dislike about ChartHop? Access issues prevented me from using the product to its full potential ...

"HR Business Partner"

What do you like best about ChartHop? I love the fact that I can pull up the Map feature to see where all the offices and employees are located, and that I can view it at certain points in time. It's great for a quick view into our growth! What do you dislike about ChartHop? The reporting functionality could be a little easier to use. I don't use it generally since we run reports from our HR system, but I could see the Report feature being helpful for creating different graphs and visuals ...

"Super Easy and Simple Org Charts!"

What do you like best about ChartHop? It is a straightforward way to see a chart of the entire organization, complete with reporting structure. Once you find a person, it's a helpful way to see what they look like, where they're based, what their Slack username is, their phone number, etc. As an added bonus for a remote company the map feature shows, visuall where everyone is based, and is a fun way to see who lives near you so you can meet up. What do you dislike about ChartHop? The UI is ...

"More than just a dynamic org chart - truly an extension of our HRIS."

What do you like best about ChartHop? We originally used Charthop as a dynamic org chart, but have further implemented for headcount planning, compensation planning, and more. It syncs with our existing People systems, JustWorks and Carta, to provide a single, dynamic, always-up-to-date view of Trusted. Even with all that we have yet to unlock its full potential. We could spend a lot more time playing around with the reporting functionality. We just started to manage people processes such ...

I believe this may be in the ...

"Invaluable tool for People & Culture"

What do you like best about ChartHop? I love that we have found a home for our performance assessments that is outside the Google Doc. Previously these were done in a GD and stored in the bowels of our Drive and rarely used for development. We've now built a way in Charthop to do personal reviews, mapped peer reviews, and manager reviews seamlessly. This is just the tip of what we are using Charthop for. Despite being a simple "org planning tool", it allows us to run eNPS seamlessly, do ...

"People Ops Manager"

What do you like best about ChartHop? Scenario planning, comp planning, custom fields based on single info source. What do you dislike about ChartHop? I wish you could copy a custom field smart bucket. Recommendations to others considering ChartHop: Be sure the integrations you need are in place, but run with it!
