A simple and powerful tool
What do you like best? The user experience on the platform, test creation is very easy (5 to 10 min for an A/B test. The way you can manage all your different test, edit them, show reports, pause, play…. The customer service is also good especially on the live chat where you can speak with someone within a minute. A bit of a learning curve
What do you like best? I do like the editor part of the setup experience. The ability to see the changes that you apply to the test pages. What do you dislike? I guess my only dislike is that we have to regenerate the tag after having to save a small change. another that I feel takes a bit of time is not seeing reporting populate instantly. waiting for it to populate can lead to not knowing if it working correctly.
