15Five does a great job integrating to the natural workflow with feedback and objectives.

What do you like best? How well the flow is integrated. I can catch things in a 15Five, ask follow up questions and then mark to follow them up in a 1-1 session. If that then leads to an action point I can keep track of it also. The high fives also gives a nice pulse ending the week in a positive way as the team submits their 15Fives. What do you dislike?
