What do you like best? The high five function and the weekly check ins. What do you dislike? It’s clunky to use the “refer to 1-to-1” option. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communication and recognition is better.

What do you like best? Everything about 15Five is so science-based and proven to work that is hard to pin-point what to like the most. The weekly check-in with your supervisor allows for you allow for continuous communication on goal progress, on other priorities that took place in the week and share allows for communication of barriers to progress. It allows managers to provide frequent feedback and loop resources in when needed. The platform is so user friendly that anyone can use it. ...
