"Overall Easy process"
What do you like best about Zype? The ease of use with our CMS. It's pretty self-explanatory. What do you dislike about Zype? Viewer experience of Maz Apps are often delayed and take a while to reflect changes made on back end. What problems is Zype solving and how is that benefiting you? OTT

"Charged even when I canceled"
What do you like best about Zype? Looked at this service and decided to not use it. What do you dislike about Zype? When we decided that we wont be using it, I canceled my ZypeX subsription via help chat or Phone call, I dont remember. Few days ago, they got charged me for 500$. I thought It some kind of mistake, and send them a message that I have canceled it before, and demand chargeback. I recieved the answer that they have canceled my subsription, but I still can use it for 1 month. ...
